I still visit the forums at least once a day, so I'm not going. Rather than whine about the entire thing why don't you post some news like garyopa has done on the forums. This is one of the communities I really enjoy online I've met lots of interesting people here and I do enjoy visiting the forums after work and chilling out, reading interesting discussions. It's not all about the news page, in fact I've noticed some users here didn't even know about the main site after they posted a while until people linked them to the tutorials.

Sad to hear. This place was a wonderful time killer, source of information, and I even made some cash on the original xbox BST section. smile.gif There were some wonderful people here back in the day.

Is it too early to pour one on the ground for Xbox-Scene, or should I hold out hope?

As long as the plans that are in motion, keep flowing and get finished within another month being June at the most it will not be too bad.

Traffic and members will return, once the news gets flowing nice again, and that will happen as slowly old-timers are uniting behind the scenes to bring XS back to its former old glory.

Garyopa has what looks like a firebird or Phoenix as his avatar icon here on XS. Xbox-Scene is like a Phoenix rising from the ashes.

The future can be bright. Stick with us.

I expect a new gen console from Microsoft next year, so that gives us some time to get our act together and get this place ready for the new console and the eventual influx of new members.

You are so right. -- BTW, it is a Phoenix. -- With that I have now updated my SIG to fit the moment. -- Which if you click on for now (COUGH) it will show you the latest 360 News), but that will change in a few days, as all the news you can imagine will be found right here on first XS, as my contacts in the 'scene' is so big you can't even pick up my black book, my favorite site has always been XS, and been lurking here for almost 10 years now, so stick around and watch the action and grab some pop.gif , as XS is returning to its old form and glory.
