I have a fat ps3 that has just had a new laser fitted. It has now started to freeze up when playing games after about 20 mins. Is this anything to do with the laser or is it something else?

you might need to reapply the thermal paste just the paste not heating it! I stress if it aint broke don't break it more. or you might have disconnected fan but highly doubt that as you just did the laser
