No. I think its just too expensive for what it is. I love my original XBOX enough for now. This generation around, I actually have a stronger interest in Playstation 3. After seeing the MGS4 trailer running on real hardware, It made my decision. But I am not gonna buy either till they are hacked

I think it was on "equivilant" hardware. They did the same with PS2.... I think we all know how THAT ended up... (if you don't, they showed a bunch of screens and demos of the PS2 before it came out that looked amazing. Nothing on the PS2 ever looked the way the shots looked. The closest thing is GT4, and that's what... 5-6yrs later?) To be fair, xbox did the same with those screens of that huge robot and woman. Also made with simulated hardware specs.

So just to be clear... there is NO PS3 hardware... AFAIK.

Pre-ordered the premium 360 many months ago (pre-paid in full as well) along with 6 games and some other extras (controller , VGA cable , carbon face-plate) .

You guys should know that Gamestop is only giving 24 hours to pick up 360 pre-orders and EB is 48 hours , after that you lose your spot until the next shipment arrives .

I know EB Games is doing that as well. Thhe guy behind the counter told me that in June, and I laughed, paused, pointed at him, and laughed some more. He looked sad, so I aksed him what was wrong. He said he was sad because I was laughing at him. I said I was sorry then proceeded to laugh some more before femininly skipping from the store.

I'm not going to be buying an XBOX360 for awhile. There are no games coming out at, or around launch, that make we want to spend over $500(after taxes, and whatnot) for the console. Maybe in a year or so, but there just isn't much about it, that is interesting yet, to make such an expensive purchase worth it.

Over five hundred with tax? Your not very good with the math now are you. Even at 10% tax, the total tax added will only be $39.999. $439.989 is hardly $500+.

With one game at $50 and $5 tax it's still only $494.989. Hardly $500 plus.

Even though I didn't preorder, it's like this, what if there's a glitch that ms didn't catch to allow modders to crack the 360 open? Then I would miss out after they correct the problem, say like with the regular xboxes 1.0 to 1.6, 1.0 are the best to have modded. On the other hand, these packages are outta control, besides i have 217 xbox games that i haven't finished yet!!!!

I didn't preorder but I was planning on getting one at release. But thanks to Pepsi Canada I don't need to do that.

Definitely going to camp out at either a Wal-mart or Best Buy to get mine. It's ludacris to pay all that extra money for bundles, especially if you get shit you don't want right away. I did that with the Xbox and regretted it, still haven't played some of the games I got with it that day...

I was talking about with a game, since it would be pretty pointless to buy the console with no game Also, in case you haven't noticed, the games are selling for $60, not $50, thus, it would be over $500 for the system(premium, since it is the only one worth buying), and one game.
