Not sure how this happened but this is a US console, but all games i put in I get the same error "this discs regions code is incorrect for this console". This was not always the case it worked normally but now this is all I get. How could the XBOX just refuse all games from its proper region?

Come on - try to meet us half way here. Is the Xbox flashed or JTAG hacked, if so which software do you have on there? Are the games originals, or backups? What did you do between it "working normally" and the first time it started giving you the region error?

Ill meet you 1/2 way but im not sure what the relevance to it being flashed has to do with regions. It is not Jtagged it is flashed, Ive tried original games and backups. I flashed back to original as well and still everytime Im getting the same error. I havent done anything in between besides playing movies for the kids on it since it last played normally. As for software or firmware currently on there I have 1.9 currently, even thought it was an issue with the drive so I swapped it out liteon for liteon same thing. Game starts to play and then kicks back out, wrong region. And again both the original games and backups are US NTSCs only.

Also after trying 20 or so games, the only one that works everytime is Halo 3 original. None of these games are scratched and they all work in my slim as well as my other elite.
