I just reflashed my bios using the spiderchip reflash cd. It flashed some kind of X2 bios (anyone know which one?) But now my G partition shows up as 0 and everything I had on the hdd before is gone. Is reflashing your bios supposed to delete everything from your xbox?

Nope but you got a larger HD right? The bios you used did not have the larger HD support so it formatted it as a regular HD. sad.gif

Well you cant get any data back, thats the part that really sucks. Just edit your bios usinf EVtool on Xbins. There will be an option of the larger HD.

EVTool

This assumes that you're running Win32 and not Mac OS or a Linux distro.

Since it is a X2 bios I thought it would be xbtool instead of evtool but It doesnt matter because I have a Mac comp. (sigh)

Do I have any options or am I totally screwed?

The only thing you could do to get G back into existence is to get someone with Windows to use X2ool to change a copy of X2.5035 for F and G. Then flash that to your chip using whatever. No way to get your stuff back off the HDD though.
