I am running xboxhdm, and i get through step 1 and everything, then when I go to lock the hdd, It says my drive is frozen? what does that mean and what do I do?

It says;

Drive on Primary Master is frozen
Cannot change the security status of a frozen drive!
Try to disable Automatic detection on the primary IDE channel in your PC BIOS and reboot.

Then when I go back and generate a HDD password key... I look down and it says this...

alright... nevermind, i figured it out, however, now when I load up my xbox after completing, it says I only have 123 gigs free on a 250 gig hdd? How do I open up the rest?

What bios are you running? You need the LBA hack to get the rest out of your drive. It can either be as an F: or G: partition. And get the Dashboard settings correct for which way you go. You need to know what bios you have and edit it with correct bios editor.
