Is The Orginal Xbmp2.4 Birthday The Best, i haven't much success with the cvs Options

anyone notice that the xbmp2.4 birthday version (build 29 May 2003 22:11) is the BEST!
I have tried 3 cvs updates ...and they don't seem as polished!

What extras have the last 3 or 4 cvs updates done ... because i'm sticking to the birthday version until i get THE Word here to move to a Stable and finished cvs update!

Personally i hope this never happens

Finished = no more new features / updates / birthday parties for XBMP

I allways upgrade to new CVS release. CDDA playback is good

Consider this . . . reporting a bug or problem etc enables dev's to release a stable point release.

Here is a list of CVS updates for anyone interested . . . CVS release now shows 2.4+

As of 2.4, XBMP has gone to a newer version of the XDK, and hence a
newer version of Visual Studio. This is the main change in this CVS
release.

After more testing recently I to have gone back to complex point release.

I have found with CVS releases recently that the Y Game Pad button no longer adds MP3 folder to the play list

Also my shoutcast pls files are not working any more

After rolling back to 2.4 point release . . . above features work sweeeeet

Hope CVS gets better!
