hi..i am a noob, having a bit of a problem with my xbox. Its a v1.1,evo x dash....don't know what mod chip it has. All games that I have freeze after about 5-10 minutes of play, as if the console has hung up. Thereafter it has a problem powering up....can anyone clue me in on this?

Try clearing the cache...E:/cache, X:/, Y:/, Z:/

are you playing of HDD? original games or backups? does the LED flash any colors?

might be : PSU, overheating, HDD going south, provide more detailed info.
