Ok I just got GTA SA yesterday and its the premiumn kind and when it starts up it says Its not supported and I called best buy and they said I had to go on xobx live but were not signed up is there any way I can run this with out signing up to xbox live?

As far as I know, you need a Premium 360 and Live access to use any of the original Xbox titles.

To play xbox games on the 360, you need to update you xbox to become backwards compatible.
