Hey, I can't find out what the difference between these two bios' are, can anyone enlighten me?

I'm currently running EvoX M8, and I was wondering if 'upgrading' it would be benificial. I assume the changes only have stuff to do with hard drives. I'm using the stock HDD, so I don't know if flashing the M8 Plus will be of any use.
