Does anyone know if this will work:

For example: I turn on my xbox. My modchip is also on. I run Unreal Championship off my xbox hard drive. The game is now loaded, and at the main menu. I now turn off my modchip, but the game is still running from my xbox Hard Drive. If I go on Xbox Live and play, with the modchip switched off and the game running from the hard drive, will I get banned?
