I've got a Xbox 360 Phat on 14699 dash that I'm going to RGH, I've read a few tutorials and one of them said I needed this kit:

This board:

These QSB:

And this cable:

The thing I don't understand is it looks like the first kit comes with the QSB's and the cable.

Also, is there anything else I will need other then the basics like soldering iron and what not?

Back on topic, if you can't understand how or what's needed for a RGH you better send your box off to someone that knows what they are doing.
