Anyway... I think you can still get towed/fined if you don't have a handicapped License Plate, and the newer versions of those "Tags" have that special print on them (like the shiny stuff on dollar bills)...

parking in handicap parking without handicapped plate aim't cheap guys. You can get all sings in department of transportation site. Anyway, I think is illegal. I know lots of people who got the handicap parking permit when they got hurt in somewhere shit. But never return after they recovered and keep extending the parking fee. Its cheap to get Handicap plate then paying $17 a day at downtown parking. I am really piss on those people and hope their cars got stolen or vandalize soon.

I would agree, but here in San Jose, CA too many people take advantage of dat sheit.

I got me a real handycapp rear view mirror sign, it is expired. Saw a Convertible Mercedes Benz 500SL parked at Fries in the handycapped spot and thought, "If the tard could afford that car, he dun need dat parking spot.", so I ganked his sign.

I never used it to park in a handycapped spot, I jus took it cause I knew it was some white collar business mofo with some fake ass excuse to get a handycapped sign.

I also go to our local mall at night and pee on the handles of cars that take two parking spots. Space is hella limited at Valley Fair mall, so my urine express's true freedom to all those who need to waist space.

I think about 20% of the people that have them are frauds, I have a friend whose brother has one he seems to be doing fine, espacilly while playing football. I've seen other people that play sports that have one maybe a mental handicap?
