Need Help Bad Flash Bios Applex Vi Pro, flashing bios with wrong size Options

i think i do a some thing mistakes
my xb ver is 1.6 kernel 5838 'i think + cheap mod AppleX VI pro

EvoX flash id information.
flash = 0x01a4, "AppleX VI", 0x80000
flash = 0x04a4, "AppleX VI", 0x80000

first i flashing my current bios with evox with this Evox_M8.bin 256kb
when finished i turn on the box n run the evox dash,but 5 second my box going to hang/freeze

n then i flashing again the mod bios with evox ver 3935 this x2_4974_MultiVer_256k.bin
when finished i turn on the box,the box 3 second automatically turnoff or reboot,after 3 second or more the LED going turn red/green n its on....

n then i try press the eject button its going to original box bios
n i got error number 07
when i unlock the hdd i got 06 error number
i lock the hdd again n the number return to 07
i insert the dvd copy game ,dvd movies it does'nt come anything

this is my backup bios in drive c directories
c:\bios.bin filesize 1mb (1024kb) (what is this?)
c:\disk.bin filesize 512kb (n this?)
c:\hdkey.bin
c:\hddinfo.txt
c:\eeprom.bin

did i flashing my bios with different size?

If you flashed both banks then you need to hotswap the chip now to flash it.
The problem you have is you flashed a Non 1.6 bios version to the chip.
yes you used 256k files but evox would have resized these to the correct 512k for you.
By the way your HDD is stuffed as well but thats a different problem.
The chip may well work ok in an older Xbox to flash it but if you use the 4974 bank it will need to be very old (well pre 1.4)
Its likely the HDD was causing the freezing when you had the correct evox M8.16 bios on the chip.

Wow .. i hadent have time to write in this sections for ages..

Now i was trying to flash X2_5035 (v1.6 512Kb) to an Apple-X VI ..
it froze in the middle of flash

Neider of the banks are working now...
as i understand it the chip are exaktly the same as Duo X2
so i briged it for Hotflash like DuoX2 .. and tied D0 to GND (i use an bridged DuoX2 to boot from)

but i only get FF FF Flash not writeble
Is there anyting i should do to make it write enable?
