I signed my XBOX 360 up through the site. It was out of warranty but there is an option that if there is RROD you can still send it in and get it fixed for free.

Now, the status is - waiting for device at repair center. Are they supposed to send me a box to ship it to them in? If not, how am I supposed to know where to send it too? Bad documention for MS on their website.

Any ideas?

you will get a box within a week... follow the instructions that are printed inside of it and ship it to them. (its UPS prepaid... doesnt cost you anything) then wait about a month and you'll get it back, hopefully fixed if the warranty sticker isnt tampered with. smile.gif
