2 bad they went the cartoony/cel shaded route with TF 2. I was looking forward to playing it as I liked the first 1 a lot. Its just not a style of graphics I care for sad.gif Ahh well, Im just glad we are getting HL 2 at all.

ditto on that half life is pointless without cs:source

I somewhat agree. However, I think Cel shading in games looks much nicer now then it did back when XIII was out.

this doesnt look like cell shading to me

i see soft shadowsall over the place...
if you ask me its more of a pixar/incredibles/cg cartoon look.
i like it ..i think its a nice change to have some good art direction in a game other than....uh make it look real and stuff...
