Hey guys had some time up my sleeve today so I figured I'd give updating my J-Tag a go.

I watched a few videos and followed this guide which was pretty straight forward.
http://www.thetechgame.com/Tutorials...-jtag-rgh.html

I managed to get through most of it using xeBuild but on the last step of step 4 which is 5. Click 'Generate Hacked image' I get an:

"ERROR: There was one or more errors while checking your settings, this usually means there is something very wrong with your NAND! There is no way to bypass this check at this time."

I've been reading up on KV's,smc's and keys for the past two hours but I am now more confused than I was when I started :|.

It's a Falcon running on dash 12625

I read somewhere that it could be that I have to flash my drive as well?

Any input would be much appreciated.

Cheers.

Loaded the Nand and put in my CPU Key on J-Runner.

When I input the nand it says "Header is wrong".

Then after I put in the cpu-key and all the other info it comes with an error box saying " Ini's are missing".

I've tried re-installing and updating. It didn't work.

step0) use xell to get your cpukey
step1) use nand flasher 360 v1.20 for xbox 360 to dump your nand
step2) use xebuild gui 2.08 to generate your new hacked image; if need be, you could post the output here (log) so that someone else can make sure you didn't goof anything up
step3) use nand flash 360 v1.20 for xbox 360 to flash the new image

I use auto GG.
The option to adjust temperature limits is also very handy.
I can't believe the defaults Microsoft had on Xenons:
Fan increase at 80C, 97C, 100C (CPU, GPU, EDRAM)
Shutdown at 100C, 110C, 117C
Wow, The back end of the GPU could be 100 freaking degrees Celsius, that's 212F, before the fans even increase in speed! Blows my mind! Where were their ****ing heads at!?
