You have a Red wire soldered to J2B1 pin 7 but it doesnt look like it goes anywhere, is it connected to the coolrunner? supposed to be VCC point on coolrunner.
You also have what looks like 2 ground wires (2 black soldered to video housing) then it looks like both are connected to the collrunner!?!
You can manually extract config blocks and inject into a different nand, they are at point 3de and are 2 blocks in length.
Also dont use Rawflash as it uses differential writing, flash360v1 is far better.
(I know you have used LTP and Jrunner I was just pointing this out)
You could try erasing before writing then also read back and compare it to what was written.
You could also write a retail 14719 image to the xbox, see if it boots, then try adding avatar update, I presume it does same checks?
Have you tried writing stock to the cygnos? then updating that nand? If it works you know its a nand problem, if it doesn't then you know its not a nand problem.
Could be a DVD drive problem or cable problem, Hdd/memory problem, official HDD? or corrupt.
To flash coolrunner with RGH2.0 timings, load up jrunner, select RGH2 from dropdown box, click flash coolrunner, a window should popup asking to select A,B,C,D or flacon timings, I would try em all.
Check the components on the coolrunner too you may of blew something.
That should keep you going for a while
