I finally worked up the nerve to mod my xbox. It's a 1.0, so I had to desolder the connection points.

I'm using an Xecuter 2.2 Lite+

I went to test to make sure that d0 was alligned, and it booted 2x then began to flash RED and YELLOW! It's supposed to flash red and green, right?

Also, none of the LEDs on the chip are lit.

Any thoughts as to what I'm doing wrong?

It's probably not aligned correctly, keep fudging with it.

BTW, what's the point in buying a solderless chip and then having to desolder all the LPC points?

Thanks. That did it.

And... Well... I was afraid of soldering when I ordered it. But I started practicing, and now I'm wondering why I ordered it.
