It will be interesting to find out if this is fake and he has pimped out the ring of light. If so tutorial please. If is legit what is the error exactly? I'm sure in the next few days we may find out.

What Bullsh@t!! What's even sadder is that this site which first posted it should have enough common sense to not post it. Unless they are hurting for traffic and are trying anything. Some dud e did a light mod to sync with music or a preset pattern. I've seen the chips out there. If you watch the very middle light,it looks like it resets the pattern after a cycle.

Definately fake. Why would microsoft implement such an horrible way of describing an hardware or software problem with the system? I seriously doubt that they would make the repair service that much more difficult by having the "ALREADY PISSED" consumer try describing what those lights are doing.

It's surely an modified xbox 360 or an RROD christmas lights hoax or something to that effect. Seriously, who didnt see this coming?

Definitely fake, it's a mod.

The light start blinking in a different direction when he ejects the DVD.
Look closely at the movie and crank the sound up a little.
Everytime you hear the DVD tray open or close the lights blink in the opposite direction..
