Recommended Screen Resolution Settings for Various Emulators.
For people who want their classic games to be as close to pixel perfect compared to the original systems as possible when using the XBox emulators.
(by Cospefogo)

Heya guys.

So yeah, does anyone have this webpage saved offline or something?

I would love to get my hands on it again since Cospefogo really new what he was doing when he wrote it.

Thanks. smile.gif

I haven't heard from him in awhile.

The newer madmab edition emulators have pixel perfect screen size options though, as well as size to fit (keep in ratio).

Thank you ever so much. smile.gif

You have no idea how confusing all of this can be to someone as stupid as myself.

I have a 1080i HDTV but the Xbox can only send out 790p, and then there's a 16:9 or 4:3 setting on the TV, not to mention the 10:11 ratio in the emulators that can be used as well. And then you have Cospefogo's formula of subtracting 2 pixels but that was on CRT televisions.

Put those all together and I simply get stumped.

I just want these emus to display on screen so many times it's original resolution with no filters, if that makes any sense.

Keep it old school but on a new screen.

Anyway, thanks for the PM.

I've got a great night coming up for me now.

Joy! love.gif

I have not seen him around in a while. Although I wish he would show because I have an experimental test build for him to try.
