Help With Using A Backup, Backups want play Options

I just purchased a new game wolfenstein for xbox 360, I just downloaded a copy from a news group so my kids want scratch the original, but when I burn them to disc, and I try to play the game on xbox 360.

1. play game
2. then I get a message that says, disc error and to clean disc.

can anyon help i know im new to this and probably skipping a few steps if any one can point to a tutorial i would greatly appreciate it.

what type/brand media did u use to burn it?
did u flash the drive with ixtreme?

I read a tutorial thats avaiable here, I followed the steps on using abgx360 I think my problem is while using abgx360 I get the message at the very bottom that says. "all crcs match, verifiaction was successful!". In the tutorial it says I should have received " game partition crc matches the the verified ini! Auto fix was successful!"
Do you think thats the problem?

Like I said im very new to this this is the only discrepency that I noticed.

You have the original - rip that instead. Kreon drives aren't expensive and it takes all of 10 minutes to rip the original with XBC.

Oh BTW, mentioning pirated scene releases is a big no-no here.
