how do you install configmagic from your xbox hdd. There is no default.xbe so how does the program run.

any XBE file will run. I haven't looked in the folder in ages but I imagine there is at least one XBE file (xbox executable). The reason most are named default.xbe is that this is the required name for an executable to launch from the DVD player.

Xbox Version: v1.0
If you don't a default.xbe, then you don't have ConfigMagic. Maybe it's in RAR form? If so, extract it. You copy/run ConfigMagic exactly the same way as any other Xbox software.

Maybe its still in ISO form. If so burn it to cd using nero or some iso burning program or use simpleXISO to extract the files from it.
