As the topic says i got a NAND128W3A2BN6 nand chip in my 250gb version MFR 2011-11-05 corona and it's different from the widely used HYNIX HY27US08281A nand chip.

I want to know how to read it, so do I go about it the same way as the hynix chip or do I need to do something different.

Is it a 16mb nand chip or is larger than 16mb as i've seen on the internet people say it could be 32/64/128mb chip.

i'm pretty certain it's a 16mb nand: http://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf...128W3A2BN6.html

NAND128W3A == 128Mbit = 16MB
