I was able to load the run linux game save with my Mechassault copy, but after I selected the "switch softmod off" option, my xbox was reverted back to the stock dashboard and now the run linux game save will not load via mechassault anymore.

After I switched the softmod off, I DID play a game of mechassault briefly. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this problem, but I thought it may be appropriate to inform you of that.

........and just a few other things

1. I DO have the correct copy of Mechassault to run the exploit.
2. Other than play a game of mechassault, I did NOT do anything else.
3.All of the mod files are still on the xbox. Unleash installer, xbmc dashboard, and a couple other apps. I know this because I can still see their their Icons when I peruse through the xbox HDD.

I cannot find the 1.1.1 installer in the usual place. Where can I find Krayzie Ndure Installer v1.1.1 ? I only see Krayzie Ndure Installer v1.1.

You need to update the 1.1 installer with the 1.1.1 update kit found in this topic

Just get MA2 Then. Or get one of the other exploits. I always advise against playing games that you use also as an exploit.

I'm uncomfortable going onto XBL with a modded xbox, so I decided to switch the softmod off.

Every time I see 2 bunny's name I just hafta read the topic because he is always very entertaining.

With that said, I read this entire topic and I don't remember anyone bringing up anything about extras. That would be quite off topic and a good reason to start your own thread.

I believe this constitutes thread hijacking. I could be wrong tho.
