That's my question

Is a 0022 caused by Ball Grid Array issues or Electrolytic Caps around the Cpu - that are weakening

Anyone have any working proof one way or the other ?

I have a board at home that throws a 0022 that has expanded caps, but I also feel that it needs
bga work as well.
