Hi all,

I have got a slim and bought a coolrunner, however my tower motherboard has died!! what is the cheapest solution for a USB programmer that will do both?

Will the matrix nand flasher also do the coolrunner?

Thanks for any advice

I'd buy a nand-x with coolrunner programmer cable and use nandpro 3.0a and never look back.

I much prefer the maximus 360nandflasher due to the through holes, and it's cheaper (being that is what you want)! There is of course cheaper ways, you could build your own circuit, but I don't see how that offsets the ease of use you get with the maximus. The maximus is also easier to solder too if you don't plan on buying anything else besides the flasher (although I recommend the pin headers and jumper wire, at least the jumper wire).
