I'd like to try 128mb RAM upgrade and already made my reading, but there's one thing which confuses me:

That thread is referring to one 128mb single chip, but I was under impression you have to go 4x16mb route..

Is that a blooper in the tutorial, or does it really work? blink.gif

I'm pretty sure you cannot do it that way. You have to have all of the slots filled or else it will not work.
