I just flashed my Xecuter 3 yesterday. Now I need to figure out how to install a dashboard. What is the easiest route to go?

I want to install Avalaunch because xbins doesnt host evox anymore. Is this one going to be easy for me to use?

Yeah I too like UnleashX better than Avalaunch. Evox is actually easier to download then it was while on Xbins, but I dont think I can post a link to it.

Whats the difference? I just want one that will be easy to use until i get use to it. I also want to install a new HD (250 gig Western Digital) should i do that first?

What do i need to put on the boot disk? Every thing in the .rar dashboard file?
