2.2 Rev 725 No Covers Options

please help before I kill my xbox lol. FSD is connected to the internet and has downloaded all backrounds, game summary, and screenshots for all my games automatically. However it has only downloaded the cover for the first game title and all arcade title covers, if i hit y and refresh artwork it downloads the covers but as soon as i back out of the game list and go back in there gone again. I am running dashlaunch 2.27 and installed fsd 2.2 rev725 from scratch. I tried to push the covers from jqe360 like the earlier post showed but they never downloaded. I have xbox live blocked in family settings in nxe, and my launch.ini is
