I believe you need to write xell to the beginning of the nand.
What i did was write xell with nandpro like this: nandpro lpt: -r64 xell.bin 0 0
Then when you turn on your xbox, it will go straight into xell (make sure you have your first 2 mb backed up).
I am not sure which version of xellous is used to write to the beginning of the nand, but once you find that out, it should work fine.
