hi, i´ve created (big) icon set for some emulators in XBMC, you can see a few examples

Here

the size is 1200x1200, but the problem is that xbmc resizes the thumbnails and shows not very well, is like the size is too small and have to reescalate to a bigger size loosing quality, i can aprecciate the pixels (the view in xbmc is "COVER FLOW")

i rename all the thumnails as default.tbn. i tried diferent sizes and i not happy with any.
i have other thumbnails using a jpg or png image for the folderes, and it shows very well.

the questions are:
1.Anybody knows whats the problem?
2.Is there a optimal size for the thumbnails?
3.Exist any way to use a .png or jpeg as thumbnails for emulator and aplications?

XBMC auto resize all the thumbmail.

You must go to advancedsettings.xml change the thumbsize wink.gif

I don't understand ...
You can use JPG and PNG... just rename them to TBN biggrin.gif

Your work is excelent biggrin.gif
Please, will you made all the Thumbmails ?
Can you made the same in Boxart format or 3DBoxart ? tongue.gif

ok thanks, thats it, you solved all the questions!. i'll do with the advancedsettings.xml, the problem now is that my xbox's chip died yesterday so i cant try it blink.gif

if there is anybody insterested i can upload all the set with psd to mediafire or another.

about the 3d boxarts, i wiil do but it will take me time, cause im on exams now, perhaps if anybody want to make himself, i got no problem

I thought this might be a relevant place to put these icons i've made for my XBMC.
Whilst they are just an experimental W.I.P. at the minute, they look ok on my TV.
They are .png, rename them default.tbn and put them in the root of your emu folder, clear the XBMC thumbnail cache by browsing to your XBMC directory UserData\Thumbnails\ and delete the Programs folder. Reboot your xbox and they will be cached by your install on next browse.

Esta mostrando erro ao abri o arquivo .psd (8Bit Computers) mostra faltando fonte, qual é o nome da fonte para que eu consiga baixar a mesma.. ________________________________________________________________________________
