I used it on an old 3rd Gen Ipod.

I loved it and only had one complaint - it killed my battery very quickly

the best features I thought was having your folder structure in tact for browsing music

I ran it on a 4th gen iPod...It was pretty cool. I could never figure out how to get it on my iPod Video though sad.gif
