If I have a Xbox 360 with the current dashboard, can I delete the update to get the blade dashboard back? I know XBL will want me to update but I wanted to use the Xbox 360 offline, will that work?

Downgrading an Xbox360 is much more involved than that.

Actually, it's impossible.
