thats the weird thing though, people did want it, sega just abandoned it in its prime

sega doesn't know how to support a system sad.gif i think if sega knew what they where doing from a marketing standpoint as well as they knew what they where doing from a technilogical stand point they could have easily pushed the dc to last another 2 or 3 years giving it a 4 or 5 year life instead of a 2 year one.

the dc died because noone was buying the games. its as simple as that, if sega abandoned it, the sales from 3rd party games could have still kept it afloat , but they didnt, because there wasnt any. the games industry is a business and the companies involved do have some business sense, noone if gonna put money into making games if noone buyes them

this whole thread is pointless, noone can comment on xbox2 emulation it doesnt exist, we mite as well talk about xbox 15 emulation, will the xbox 15 fun ps5 games? noone knows and none is gonna know for a good year or so

yeah but we have a general idea of the specs on xbox 2, so we get the idea of what it can emulate

if we were to talk about xbox 15 who know what the hell it will be like
10thz processor, 300,000gb hard drive, 5tb of ram rolleyes.gif
so then there we would be talking about nothing ph34r.gif

Not really; Dreamcast did best in North America. There were still Japanese devs making games for it after support was officially dropped for it in the US though.
