Only text based. You could import the Opera browser and Ram cartridge from Europe and it will work. Jap version does too, and not too many things are in Japanese.

So look for them both on eBay or something like that.

DSOrganize now has an alpha version of a webbrowser built in.
No Pics, Javascript, CSS, etc.

So you can't use the browser at all without the RAM?

The DSOrganize homebrew browser works without the RAM cartridge. The official Opera browser needs the official RAM cartridge but there is a hacked version that can use a slot-2 cart instead of the RAM Cartridge. I am not 100% sure which slot 2 carts the hack supports though.

DSOrganize 2.61 can be downloaded here.
http://www.dragonminded.com/?loc=ndsdev/DSOrganize
DSOrganize 2.7 Alpha 3 can be downloaded from dragonminded blog.
X-Scene filters out the address, but you can find a link to it from the link above. You need it. 2.61 does not have the browser.
To get 2.7 to work, you need to overwrite 2.61

You should probably DLDI patch 2.7 as well.

As far as the hacked Opera browser that is not legal.
