So I think I have a bad Tsop even though I never truly flashed it. Anyways, I can boot with a matrix, is it now possible to do the AUF exploit? My guess is no, but I was just wondering what others thought.

can't do AUF but you can use a matrix to boot off of, and you can fix the tsop with a matrix if you have a 1.0

you can do it with AUF as long as it's the 007withevoxinstaller. you can get it from xbins. get your bios and put it in the bios folder on in the save. save it to memory card, insatll it on your hard drive and load the save from AUF. it will boot to evox and you can flash the TSOP from there. Done it myself last week and it worked a treat.

if his tsop just has a bad flash he can fix, but if he never tried to flash it as he said then it probably is broken

lol this is why i love tsops flashing NOT!

dont listen to any other crap this is what you can do!
put a switch from vcc-a19-earth and a swith from vcc-a18-earth. your now be able to switch to all 4 banks on the tsops
try all 4 banks if you can boot to the msdash use the matrix tsops flash or game save hack or exploit to boot to evox and fix the tsops

now the bad news if you cant boot to your msdash your tsops are 100%bad and the only way to fix this it to wire a programer to the tsops or to take the chip out and program it. i wouldnt try that your prob just fuck the hole xbox! but if you want to ask daone he seems to think its easy to plug a programer to the tsops

take it from me if your tsops are 100% fucked buy a xecuter2.
you see people say they can fix a bad flash by only flashing half there tsops at a time but all it takes is 1 mistake and bang no more tsops lol good luck

Okay thank you for all the help guys, it turns out my Tsop wasn't bad. There was solder splash, a very minute amount mind you that I couldn't see without the aid of a magnifying glass, between pins 4 and 5 of the tsop. I was uninformed and did the w1-w2 connection instead of the back jumper. I desoldered and it worked, thank god as it was a family member's (cousin) xbox, and those type of things can cause poor internal relations. So I have now installed a switch so it will never be truly scewed, and flashed one half with the 4977.

Once again thanks for all the help.

Well you got warbeast ranting and raving like a demented loon if nothing else. Is it just me or is that all he does?
