anyone know which component controls the standby mode when the DS is closed while powered on?

I'm trying to fix some DS lites that have a problem of shutting off after the unit is powered up.

I read that it could be the fuses f1 or f2 , I also found out that by swapping parts around that some of the units had faulty top screens that were causing it.
