im looking 4 some1 to make me a skin (no point if looking since its an original idea)

i want it 2 include all of the following plz beerchug.gif

1. (my name) "Mad Dog 06"(class of 2006)

2. a pic of a smoking hand gun(doesnt have 2 be xactly like this pic)user posted image(no im not crazy or nething)

3.(my school mascot)A Spartan headuser posted image(doesnt have 2 b the same pic)
preferrably in blue & black colors
