I heard of this program that allows the BIOS to be read from any machine hooked up to the router
when the program opens the router is the serial number, and then you have a console ID number or such, when a xbox 360 is hooked to it and you run a BIOS chekc it opens a system blade where you enter your serial number and product code, once both are entered it reflashes your entire system, does anyone know the name of this program, or a link to the site? thank you all for your help in advance

Someone kick me if I'm wrong, but 'm pretty sure that this isn't possible because the hardware in the 360 that the DVD drive is connected to has no firmware flashing capabilities.

This is why you have to connect it to a computer to flash the drive.
