Stuck In The 2nd Security Room On Terrax, Any help, much appreciated Options

Ok, I'm on the Terrax level where all of the guys seem to be made of Stone. I'm Stuck where you have to spin the blocks with red gems in them to redirect the beams of light. On the lowest level, you had to redirect the light to shine over by the 2nd bell. Then use Sue's Shield to redirect the light to the crystal overhead. Then you can ride the elevator up and be on the next level.

Now this is where I'm stuck. There are a couple of blocks that spin, and a few blocks you can slide around. But there's no light touching any of them. I can't figure out how to get light to the 2nd level in order to hit the crystals off to the left when you enter the room. Can anybody tell me how to get that beam of light up to the 2nd story?
