if u dont want to waste time burning DVDs and worrying about fitting games on a DVD (wasting money on DVD9)........upgrade the HDD.

...i have 91 games on my 300GB HDD, with movies and music.....and i still have space. biggrin.gif

So i copy by ftp the x-iso to the hd of my xbox and i will be able to run it?
Like if i have an backup from a xbox game i own on my pc (an xiso file) i can just copy it to the xbox?

How can you tell the difference between an iso for pc and a xiso?

Since you own it, you don't need to do anything with the PC. Jut put the game in the DVD drive of the xbox and run either dvd2xbox or hddloader

An xiso is an iso it is just a cd image . You need to extract the contents of the iso into the raw folders and files before ftping them over .

Reason 1: just because that is how it works

Reason 2: Because the fatx file system on the xbox only supports up to 2 gig file sizes .

i think qwix or craxtion could extract isos for you. I have to stress this is really not needed if you own the game. just click the iso, press the DEL key, press Enter. now put the game in the DVD drive and run DVD2Xbox or a similar app.
