I understand, but if in some strange way i happend to have an xiso file of a game i own on my pc, can i copy by ftp the x-iso to the hd of my xbox and i will be able to run it? Is it that simple?
How can you tell the difference between an iso for pc and a xiso?
An xiso is an iso it is just a cd image . You need to extract the contents of the iso into the raw folders and files before ftping them over .
Reason 1: just because that is how it works
Reason 2: Because the fatx file system on the xbox only supports up to 2 gig file sizes .
