Xbox-Scene is not responsible for any transactions, or any actions of it's members in this forum whatsoever!

Anyone choosing to conduct any sort of transaction with another member on XS does so at their own risk and expense.

As individuals, you need to take responsibility for your own actions, and you need to take responsibility for the fact you are dealing with strangers on the internet. Xbox-Scene is not a professional Sales service.. and is provided free and without any kind of warranty. We also will not ban people because you claim they ripped you off. Do NOT send the the "evidence" as we simply do not have the time, manpower, or will to follow through on your complaints. We have no intention of mediating any more disputes.

If you are ripped off, the only thing you are allowed to do on XS is to report it in the thread of the seller/buyer/trader ONCE. Alternatively you can make a note in your signature stating your grievance with the user. What you cannot do is spam other XS forums with your complaints. Do not make threads complaining about transaction that have gone bad. Do NOT contact staff complaining that a user has ripped you off. Do NOT make new threads in this or any other XS forum complaining about the "user" that ripped you off.

Xbox-Scene Does not recommend or endorse the use of the XS BST forums unless you are willing to take responsibility for your own actions, and you assume all risk. We do however recommend that people who wish to assume that risk should research the people they are dealing with, and alternatively search out and use professional Sales forums.(many of which offer the services and customer protection you keep asking us for here on XS but will NOT get here!)

People who continue to ignore the clearly posted rules and post complaints all over the place despite moderators and staff closing and moving them.. expect two things to happen.. the person complaining (and not necessarily the accused) will have their account closed, and that BST will get closed altogether. XS has already dedicated too much time and human resources to maintaining this area of the site. If it continues to be a problem we will close it.

Also.. do not ASK for any expansion of the BST type forums as we have no intention of adding forums to this area, or to expand the services provided.

Feel free to LIST your XBOX or XBOX item for Buy, Sell or Trade. others can feel free to offer any number of legal items (under the XS rules of course) or cash in trade. What people cannot do, is start new thread, and offer NON xbox items. Period. No new threads with people offering non-XBOX stuff.

UPDATE: Getestore and Similar “store” / commissioned pre-made store type concepts – No Commission Based Sales. Period. This is pretty much a BST and BST360 specific rule. Any products offered for sale should be in direct possession by the seller. From now on, and new post in any of the BST sales type forums on XS, must list the products and merchandise in their entirety in the post on XS, or don’t bother posting at all on our site. To be perfectly blunt, XS is not here for you to make money. XS sponsors are the only exception to this rule. The items listed in any sales thread or post on XS, must actually be in the possession of the person(s) listing it for sale or trade. Selling items for a 3rd party business via a commission based "Ready Made Internet Store" does not constitute owning the stock, and will result in a closure of the thread, and possibly the account. We want members to be directly accountable for any actions/tractions they conduct on our site.

UPDATE JAN 2007: Do not start threads asking "what can I get for 5$, 10$ etc" as staff will close them and make a ban req on your account. when making a new post, either Offer to sell a product, or trade a product. If you want to buy something.. go into an existing thread and make an offer on a product or service. DO NOT MAKE NEW THREADS ASKING WHAT YOU CAN GET FOR $5 bucks etc.

Do Not Ask, or Offer to buy, Sell or Trade GameFly Subscriptions. People wanting a subscription can get their own.
UPDATE: XS will not DELETE threads on demand. Even in light of the Raids on US shops. You can request it be removed/made invisible, however, we will keep it open for 30 days if you do so, allowing those you have serviced can comment, communicate, and / or complain or raise issues. We can make some requested edits though of info you posted, however, we will keep it on file. Note, deleting or removing your thread at this point is too little, too late. the authorities have that info already, and worse, every search engine and spider crawler on the net has it archived.

Back into everything now, have roughly 5 slims on hand including the blue one still with the cut out window.. Haven't went through the slims I have just yet but have some demon chips in trinand chips in cool runner rev c's and squirts..DGX on hand so won't matter what dash they are Will update tomorrow with a list of units and specs.. Sorry guys been busy locally and finally just caught up..I suck at taking pics so sorry in advance I'll try to update prices tomorrow and a few more units but for now here we go.. First is the Taco Bell Unit which has a 1175 Drive in it. Unit is 4gb and is glitched with squirt 1.2bga. I also have the paper stating info about the contest/win/congrats and the msrp suggested value. If I'm not mistaken there were only 18 Taco Bell Unit produced. Here is image 1 Here is image 2 Here is image 3 Here is image 4 Here is the Controller Next is a Tri Nand Rgh Glossy Slim Unit (250gb but no hard drive) Tx Cool Runner installed along with the Matrix Trident. Drive I believe was 0401 mxic chipset and is flashed with lt3.0 along with a new laser installed. Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3 Next is a 4gb Slim Rgh Unit. Tx CoolRunner installed. Don't have the original drive so the new pcb from tx will be needed if buyer would like to dual nand this in the future. Sorry no pics of this unit yet. Next is a Jasper 256mb unit. Rgh2 done with squirt bga1.2, drive flashed with lt3.0 and new laser installed. Unit is installed in a Red Resident Evil Shell (not original case for it) Boot times are roughly 20 seconds but sometimes up to 45-60...

As to the lateness of the package and just to inform others, this was not the post offices fault..I should have had this mailed out on the monday however due to an out of town appointment I had forgot about it did not get mailed out till I got back on wednesday..Shipping is usually 4 business days from here in canada but this time the fault lies all on me Still have the blue demon unit with stock drive..asking $280 shipped console only.. Still have a standard rgh unit, suppose to have an hitachi in it. (don't have the board and currently has a phat hitachi installed) Open to offers.. Still have a rgh2 jasper unit in a resident evil shell..Console Only..Open to offers The Taco Bell Unit is still available too...Open to Offers as long as they aren't insanely low Caught up on work locally so boxes are expected to be shipped within 24 hours and tracking # will be provided on payment.. The Blue Demon Slim with cut out window Another rgh matte black without dummy.bin and fw 0401 so tx board would be needed for dual nand. Phat drive installed.. Also for the Demon I can simply install a matte black case if buyer chooses.

Blue Slim Dual Nand DeMoN sold Have a Rgh Slim Corona 4gb v2 that has stock 1175 drive and is glitched with Squirt Bga 1.2 Rgh Corona 4gb Next is a Rgh Modern Warfare 3 Dual Nand Console that has fw 1071 lt3.0. This console was glitch using the CR3PRO and Dual nand setup used was the TX DeMoN..The pics show the post out ribbon cable running underneath however once all was said and done my ratter was sh*t so the ribbon cable now runs on top and is now booting on first glitch 8 out of 10 times. Ratter was 9.11 if I'm not mistaken. Also installed the Slim v3 qsb and the post out qsb...Sorry didn't get a pic of the post out $425 Console Only DeMoN Install CR3 PRO Install CR3 PRO 2 Install MW3 Console MW3 Console 2 MW3 Console Back DeMoN Switch Still have a trinity without a dummy.bin as well, can be sold with phat or slim drive.. Glitched with cool runner rev b or c can't remember off hand..

Will use CR Rev C or Squirt bga1.2. $250 shipped I will used a CR3 PRO.. Can install a Trinand or Demon chip at buyers request. Video should be posted tomorrow on the modern warfare 3 Console.
