Does anyone know if X3 will be copmpatible with version 1.6 xboxs. And will there be a pogo pin adapter?

the xecutor 2.3b's are compatible (from my understanding), its not the chip that needs to be compatible, its the bios. but teamxecutor is working on cracking the code from the xcalibur chip and it seems to be going well for them, i think i should have full 1.6 support by the time the X3 and corresponding bios' comes out.

Yup you hit the nail on the head jester, even tho the chips (X3, SmartXX, Xenium, whatever, just as long as you recover the LPC points) will work and can boot up ( to the internal chip OS and the stock MS BIOS) there is no (reliable?) 1.6 BIOS available, so those who have 1.6 boxes must wait.
