Textbook.pdf told me to get it from http://www.360mods.net/ However there site is down. Is this file on xbins? If so can someone tell me the path? I could not find waht folder it was in.

no its not on xbins.

360mods.net is down for the time being. you will have to find it somewhere else or wait for the site to be back up
