As the topic states, I am having trouble installing the XDK on my Vista 64bit Home Premium PC. I am running the install exe in compatibility mode(windows xp sp2). Every time I try to install it will get to a certain point and then give me an error saying that it cannot register msxml4.dll and I have the option to say no and skip, yes and retry, or cancel the installation.
I looked in my system32 folder for msxml4.dll and it was not there. I then downloaded it off a download website and moved it into system32 folder. That did not work.
Then I went to Microsoft's support website and got an install for the msxml4.dll. I installed it and soon after there were two automatic updates. One specificly for the msxml4.dll.
It still will not work.

NOTE: I can click No and skip the .dll registering error and it will still complete the install of the XDK

Help please
