i have a version 1.0 xbox, an xecuter 3 CE modchip, and a Xapt3r vs1.6. My friend is telling me that he can make the Xapt3r 1.6 work for my 1.0 xbox, but i didnt think this was possible....can the 1.6 be adjusted to fit a 1.0 xbox? or does he not know what hes talking about? thanks for the help

To the best of my knowlege, you can't convert an Xapt3r 1.6 to work on a 1.0 without a lot of annoying changes. Why not just get a 1.0-1.5 adapter? They're cheaper and easier to install.

id rather not spend the 20 bucks to buy a new one, so if it can not work then ill just solder the chip in without the adapter
