Okay, first off, I have the Thomson drive, so CDRW is not working, I have a Superdrive on my Mac, so I am trying to make the BIOS on my PC, then burn it with my Mac.
The Xbox recognizes the DVD when the tray spits out, and it reads the label as BIOS correctly, then hangs, I don't know if this is a problem with the BIOS I'm using, or a problem with the way I'm burning, any ideas? I've searched some forums and don't seem to see anyone else with this problem, I used X2bm to make my 256k BIOS into a 1MB file, I've also tried using an already-created 1mb image, and tried using a 512k image. Could someone tell me what size BIOS I need and if the bank matters (I read that it doesn't).
If it seems like the Mac is farking up the disc, then I can take it to our computer lab on campus and use their DVD Burner and nero to burn it, but if there's just one or two files (with dummy) on the DVD, I don't see what would be getting messed up in the burn.
