Hey,

When I scan in my games no matter what I pick (XBLA, Xbox 360 etc) when I scan the "0000000000000000" it finds all my games including the arcade ones and puts them all under the xbox 360 tab in freestyle.

Anyone know a solution?

Also coming across a weird bug where it unloads my profile when exiting games. Still says my xbox name. But no avatar and no gamescore or gamer picture.

anyone test the title update feature... everytime i try it will error out and say cannot download more than 1 title update at a time...

Question Regarding Xlink Kai in FSD2. I was able to get it working by enabling the "allow remote UI" option.

But do I still have to have the xbox 360's gateway configured to the IP address of the hosting kai engine PC?

If so doesn't that prevent FSD from accessing the internet to download title art, updates, etc..?

Can someone tell me how they configure their xbox 360 IP settings to work with Kai and FSD downloads at the same time?

When you add the folder choose "auto" and it sorts them as best it can, by specifying anything other than auto you are forcing all content found in the folder to go under that specific category.

I want to add boxart for emulators and homebrew games manually, but I am having a little difficulty figuring it out. I know how to add them on 1.20 but can't find the section on my harddrive for this.

absolutely brilliant release.
sure its a bit buggy and crashes a few times but just the inclusion of xlink and title updates makes this release worth the bugs. not only that its deserving of my first donation of the holiday season :-)

Can I ask....does this one sort the problem of having a large amount of games on external?

As the alpha would freeze for ages before it would bring up the games folders due to it rescanning every time each time went back to it.

ok well im not being ungrateful here just after doing the initial scan i decided to copy from my usb to a more permanent place on my hdd, and whoa 2GB to copy, i know they said they had done away with the xml and game data folder but they also decided to switch all box art and screen shots to dds format resulting in a bloody huge data folder, its not like i have tons of games i have like 30 installed on my hdd my previous fsd box art collection which was all jpgs was only about 60/80MB why the change to dds :S

oh one more thing am i the only one experiencing the pause between pressing on games and it actually opening, it makes me feel that the switch from xml to db was kinda pointless, hopefully its just bugs and will all be fixed but the dds one got me stumped the images are of no real noticeable better quality just like 10 bigger file size, which may be the reason for the pause upon opening game section, not a huge pause maybe about the same as how long scanning xml used to take, so its no major issue

none the less it is an amazing improvement and im loving the new features
and if teamfsd told me to f**k myself for my comments, i would give it a bloody good go XD
im not trying to be a troll or anything just sharing my experience to see if others have noticed these issues
