Could someone from XBMC team please contact sony and tell them how to create media center software?

PS3 is a gaming machine by heart but it could be a really great media center if they would just allow it to do HALF of what XBMC can do. Yes XBMC has years of development, but please, give us themes (might be out with firware 2.0), local content playlist, now playing screening, scripts that allow movie trailers, RSS (again 2.0) and weather.

I feel like they are teasing everyone with it's capability, and until they make it a true media center I will stick with XBMC.

XBMC is good but I don't want it on the PS3. I already have it on the original Xbox so would look for something different. I would prefer something more graphical than the PS3 has at the moment. Who knows they may change it all but it may just end up wishful thinking.

XBMC is also ported to linux, osx, win32 and more, so no need for it on PS3. It would be awesome, but not worth it imo.
